However, new smartphone brands have entered Nepal with Otto Smartphones being the latest one, we still are lacking some top smartphones and smartphone brands in Nepal. Today we’ll have a look at the smartphone that people of Nepal are eagerly waiting for and the smartphone brands that are yet to debut Nepali market.
Although people bring the smartphones from foreign and use it and also smartphones are available from the black market, the originality always makes a difference. The Official availability is always important because it determines the authenticity of the product. Otto, HTC and Coolpad have just entered Nepali market and these smartphones will be officially available in Nepal with an official warranty.
1Google Pixel and Pixel XL
Google is one of the most popular names in the tech industry. They own every important thing from Maps to Youtube. Adsense is the largest ad-serving companies in the world. Google also runs several projects like Tango that are serving to develop the tech industry better. Google bought Android in 2005 and whatever Andriod is now, the credit goes to Google. Google used to produce Nexus device and they were truly the example of how android was supposed to be. Google produced their own smartphones in 2016- Google Pixel and Google Pixel XL. Although the smartphones are manufactured by HTC, Google takes the full credit of the smartphone.
Pixel and Pixel XL took the smartphone industry by storm. Although it received some criticisms because of design it is still one of the high-end flagship smartphones you can buy. Google claims that Pixel smartphone have the best smartphone camera. With frequent software updates, the phone stands out in the crowd. We all want to see Google smartphones in Nepal. Although there is no any news on these smartphones landing in Nepal, we can still expect these smartphone to be officially available in Nepal. With the year 2018, as rumour suggest, Google are rolling the second version of the Pixel smartphones. So, it will be interesting to see the battle between high-end smartphone this year.

In the recent times, we may have heard a lot about this Chinese smartphone brand. Vivo is one of the top five smartphones brands in the world in the terms of sales. They offer some exciting features and specs for a fair price.
Vivo V5 Plus is their best-selling smartphone with a dual-front facing camera. It is one of the first smartphones to feature a dual-front facing camera. It is one of the must smartphones for selfie lovers.

3Nokia 6 – Nokia

No wonder why the Nokia 6 was sold in a flash. We all know about Nokia and their story throughout the years. Nokia was probably the first phone you used. The major downgrade came when they choose Windows OS instead of Android OS. But now the company is independent and has started manufacturing their own smartphone. As we know, Nokia does not have their own manufacturing resources, they agreed with HMD Global which is their global manufacturer.

Their mid-range smartphone Nokia 6 sports a 5.5-inch 1080 p screen with Snapdragon 430 CPU, 4GB pf RAM and 64GB of onboard storage. Nokia 6 runs Android Nougat. HMD was unable to fulfil all the demands as their smartphone sold too faster than they expected. So, it’s not a big wonder to want this smartphone in Nepal as Nokia still has its goodwill among people.

If you ever took part in Quiz Competition then you must have probably known the first smartphone company. Motorola is known as the first makers of the first smartphone. This company was bought by Google and was later sold to Lenovo. Although they aren’t the one they used to be, they still are manufacturing some great smartphones.
Moto G is a budget smartphone from Motorola with awesome specs. Their current flagship is Moto Z and has reached quite liking with its modular capabilities.
